Call
We schedule service calls for Monday
through Friday, between 9:00am1:00pm, or between
1:00pm5:00pm. You may request a "first call"
of the day we will be there between 8:30 and
9:00 a.m.
We will call and e-mail you the
day prior to remind you of your scheduled appointment.
We must get a return call or e-mail from you to confirm
the appointment or the call will be cancelled. We
have a 24 hour answering service, so you may call anytime
before 7:00 a.m. on the day scheduled.
Great News! If we have your credit
card information on file, and we have access to
your controller and complete system, you can choose
not to be present during the call. We will leave
an invoice explaining the work completed and total charge;
if we do not hear from you with questions regarding
the work or charges, we will process the charge the
next business day afternoon.
PLEASE NOTE: If we do not have your
credit card information on file, you must be present
for the entire call. When finished, the technician
will review the work and can take either check or credit
card payment. If you must leave, credit card information
must be given to the technician for payment; an
invoice will be left and you may call by noon the next
business day if you have questions about your bill before
it is processed. If you leave before the call is
complete and have not paid, the technician will be forced
to leave without completing the work with the system
inoperable.
Generally, we will be booked for calls
for the coming week; if you would like to check for
possible available times within the next seven days,

We will respond by e-mail with a confirmation
of your requested appointment, or with an alternate
date/time Please confirm our response asap so that we
may best serve all of our customers.
